Let’s talk fall..
This years fall scent collection is rooted in nostalgia.
Think Grandma’s kitchen mixed with your favourite local coffee shop.
It's time to meet the scents!
Banana Bread.
banana, cinnamon, walnut
I don’t know about you guys, but coming home to a fresh loaf of banana bread fixed everything when I was a kid. This is such a nostalgic scent for me, banana bread was a regular treat in our home growing up.
Warm Apple Pie.
green apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar
A truly special scent, we all know someone who makes a great apple pie. For me, that person was my Grandma Sheila. I am not a huge pie fan, but when it came to my Grandma Sheila's apple pie - I’d eat the entire thing if I was allowed. I haven’t had an apple pie I liked since she passed, but this scent transports me back to when she would make a mini apple pie just for me and deliver it in secret, always letting me know that it was made just for me and not to share it!
Lemon Loaf.
lemon, vanilla, icing sugar
Do you have a favourite lemon treat? This coffee shop staple is mine. Refreshing citrus and sweet sugar makes this scent good enough to eat.
Oatmeal Cookies.
caramelized sugar, vanilla, rolled oats
Fresh baked cookies. Enough said.
The story behind this scent is unlike the rest. It originally started out as my attempt at a salted caramel latte for a friend... It did not work haha. What that friend did tell me is that everytime she burned the candle her husband thought she was baking oatmeal cookies!
Pumpkin Pie.
pumpkin, marshmallow, vanilla
Sweet, and the perfect amount of pumpkin. Is it even fall without pumpkin pie?
Pumpkin Spice.
pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove
Another must have for fall. This one is the spice counterpart to my pumpkin pie scent - as you can probably tell by the name.
Nostalgia.
cinnamon, sugar, clove, nutmeg
This scent blends notes of cinnamon, sugar, clove and nutmeg to create a subtle, warm fall scent. Like a warm hug, or walking into Grandma’s kitchen.
London Fog.
earl grey, steamed milk, vanilla
A london fog is my personal go to order. For me it is like a warm hug or the feeling of curling up in bed. It is warm and cozy from the first sip to the last - just like this scent.
Chai.
cardamom, ginger, black tea, clove, nutmeg
Chai was always a drink my mom and I shared, she’d make a big batch and throw it in the fridge in the summer or we’d have it warm in the winter. I still ask her to make it regularly. It’s just not the same when I make it myself, I don’t make the rules. I do hope this scent brings you comfort like it does for me.
First Pour.
espresso, cream, vanilla
I’m a milk and sugar kinda gal, what do you take in your coffee?
For me it all started at the ripe age of five, at my grandmas kitchen table. While she had a cigarette and coffee, I was there dipping a cookie in my coffee. Although in all honestly it was probably mostly milk.
The 2026 Fall Scent Collection is launching online August 19th! You can shop the candles in store at Better Living Centre in Peace River, AB and Manning Home Hardware in Manning, AB.
