Pretty Little Gems

Pretty Little Gems

Wow it has been ages since I've shared some custom work here on the blog! So today I am ready to share some of 2022's pretty little gems. I really slowed down on the custom work this year. Instead of working on custom pieces, I've been experimenting with different techniques and styles. But as most of you know, I cannot turn down a good custom!

Here are some of my favourite custom pieces so far this year...

Libra and Leo Star Constellation Ring

This is one of the first zodiac duo custom rings I did. Featuring Leo and Libra star constellations intertwined. Perfect of momma's, sisters, couples and besties.

The Eye of Odin Sapphire in this one made it extra special! Michelle approached me with a stone that she got the honour of naming, this Eye of Odin Sapphire is a Canadian Canadian Sapphire and if you want one of your own, Michelle even sells them! We went with a simple, thin rope boarder for this gem and a split ring band to keep this ring timeless and classic. You can watch the video of me making this one on our instagram.

blue lace agate set in sterling silver with a rope boarder. Blue and white statement ring.

Blue Lace Agate was made to make a statement! This rose cut Blue Lace Agate is set in a smooth bezel with a rope boarder. This ring has a thicker half round ring band, making it very comfortable to wear.

These two horizontal beauties were the first two turquoise customs I did this year! Plus they were for one of my best friends which made it even better. We kept these rings simple and easy to wear, the only rule was to keep the ovals horizontal instead of vertical. On the left is a sonoran gold turquoise and on the right is a desert lavender (golden hills) turquoise.

Which one of these customs is your favourite?
